Situated in Collalto – Susegana, which is the heart of the production area of Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, Valdellövo owns 10 hectars of vines designed to transfer to each grape, and therefore to every wine, the uniqueness of the soil and the hill’s microclimate. The vineyard counts among its rows 60 years old vines varieties such as Bianchetta, Verdiso and Perera and recent ones obtained from the old varieties. Valdellövo offers wines produced only with its own grapes

Benedetto and Clotilde, the owners, care themselves about their wine: from the vine to the final product. With passion, care and attention they guarantee a good naturalness level to their wines. They decide to join the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Protocol which guides, guaratees and monitors the changing process regarding the use of plant protection products towards a more compatible and sustainable form, in particular referring to the prevention and/or the abolition of harmful organisms.

The love for their land leads Benedetto and Clotilde towards a compulsory choice which goal is the environment protection. They decide to adopt little invasive cultivation techniques, such as natural manure. They do not use herbicides and they practice the green manure on each vineyard to create biodiversity.
