This shows depth, complexity and so much hedonism. Surprisingly, the oak is already showing integration. Incense, cassis and sweet blackberries with a savory, spicy edge. A full-bodied palate, but supple and round, with abundant and very sleek tannins to coat the fruit. Lengthy and so hedonistic. The velvety tannin is, however, a little overripe with a bit of warming alcohol at the end. Without that, this would score even higher. Just recently bottled. Best from 2022.
